These terms apply to the international routes and network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNWant. Before using the service, review its scope, account responsibilities, and usage restrictions. If you have questions, you can submit a support ticket through the user panel.
Service Scope
VPNWant provides an international route subscription service for cross-border access, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. A subscription is for connecting to routes provided within the service; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or other paid benefits from destination websites. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel.
Route locations, types, and suitability are as shown within the service. Destination websites may change their regional policies or access rules, and a successful route connection does not guarantee that a destination website will allow access. Users are responsible for checking the conditions of the destination service and complying with its terms.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their passwords, login sessions, and subscription details, and must not disclose credentials that could be used to access their accounts. If you notice an unfamiliar login, a leaked subscription, or activity you did not authorize, change your password promptly and describe the issue in a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but they must be managed and used by the account holder. This does not permit account sharing, public distribution of subscriptions, resale of routes, or offering a subscription to third parties as part of another commercial service. Users are responsible for traffic consumption and account risks resulting from sharing their credentials.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, review the plan details, then confirm the order and subscription status in the user panel.
Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to their activities, and must not use the service for unlawful purposes. Routes must not be used to commit fraud, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content, access another person's systems without authorization, or interfere with the normal operation of other networks.
Malicious scanning, network attacks, spam, and automated abuse of service resources are prohibited. Users are responsible for the content they access, materials they upload, and their actions toward others. VPNWant provides network connectivity and does not obtain permissions or licenses that users may need to access third-party content.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, destination website status, and device configuration. Maintenance, route changes, or third-party network failures may interrupt connections. VPNWant does not guarantee access from every location, at all times, or to every destination website.
If a problem occurs, first check your subscription status and client configuration, then submit details about the affected environment and any error messages. Service descriptions do not guarantee a fixed speed, fixed latency, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNWant is not liable for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services or by a user's own configuration. Any liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected by these terms.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If VPNWant finds that an account has been compromised, a subscription publicly distributed, routes resold or shared, the service used unlawfully, or other users' connections disrupted, it may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. Any necessary restriction is intended to address risk and should not be understood as a legal determination about the user's conduct.
Users may raise an objection through a user panel support ticket, describe the account situation, and provide relevant materials. Reviews will take verifiable information into account. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription details in a ticket. Account actions do not affect rights users have under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Related Policies
VPNWant may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements, and will show the month of the latest update on this page. Changes affecting users' important rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. No update to these terms may be used to exclude rights users already have under applicable law.
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. For application instructions and processing details, see the refund policy.
