Request Window and Refund Promise
You can request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first successful payment. The request window starts when that payment succeeds—not when you create an account, get a client, or first connect. Submit your request through the user panel within the window and keep the ticket record.
You do not need to prove a connection issue or dissatisfaction to request a refund. You may describe your experience to help us review the request, but this is not required. Renewals, upgrades, or other orders do not restart the window for your first payment. If multiple payments are involved, list each order you want reviewed.
Eligibility and Exceptions
Requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages must be linked to the corresponding paid order. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire; this describes the data validity period, not an unlimited refund request window. Orders outside the request window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund promise above. A payment that has already been refunded cannot be refunded again.
Connecting to a route or using some of the data does not, by itself, change the refund promise. If there is a claim of excessive data use, account misuse, or an unusual transaction, the records and Terms of Service should be reviewed. This page does not set out any unpublished data deduction rate. If a decision is disputed, explain the basis and the payment concerned in the ticket rather than relying only on a general label such as “unusual activity.”
Request Steps and Required Details
- Sign in to the user panel and check the order to be refunded, payment amount, and payment method in your order history.
- Go to the support ticket page, clearly request a refund, provide the order number, and note whether the request involves a renewal, upgrade, or multiple orders.
- If the order status does not match the payment record, provide a payment transaction reference or a redacted proof of payment to help match the transaction.
- Check replies and provide any additional details in the original ticket, then confirm the outcome. Keeping everything in one ticket helps ensure the records can be matched.
Do not submit your account password, full subscription link, or sensitive verification details from your payment record. You can create an account without an email address, and discuss your refund in a ticket after signing in.
Return Method and Processing Time
Once the refund has been reviewed, we prioritize returning it through the original payment method. A refund being initiated for an order and the funds reaching your account are separate statuses. The arrival time depends on the payment provider’s processing and the receiving account; no universal arrival timeframe is promised on this page.
Keep your original payment record and confirm the outcome using the actual transaction record from your payment provider. If the ticket shows the refund was sent but you cannot find the funds, reply in the original ticket with the order number and current status to request a review of the return record. The ticket should also explain how the relevant service access and data will be handled once the refund is complete.
Handling by Payment Method
VPNWant supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat orders, first check whether the original transaction supports a refund through that payment provider. If returning funds through the original method is restricted, explain why in the ticket and confirm the next steps. Do not ask users to make a separate payment to an unfamiliar recipient.
USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat. Before returning a transfer, verify the original transaction, receiving network, and address in the ticket, then confirm the amount and any applicable network fee. This page does not specify an exchange rate or fee amount, and does not promise that a transfer can be reversed. Verify any questions about the network or address before confirming.
Reviewing Disputes and Keeping Records
If you disagree about when a request was made, which order it concerns, or the outcome, identify the specific record to review in the original ticket. Requests submitted within the window should be assessed based on the original submission record; a longer follow-up process alone does not make a request late.
This page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service explain the service rules together. Before requesting a refund, review the plan details to check how billing works. For questions about a specific order, use the ticket system in the user panel.
